Why had my admin account been disabled?

I just upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and I put in the credentials I use to use on the windows 7 and it says my account has been disabled and i need to see my system administrator. Please help.

To active built in administrator account please do following
1. Press the Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog, type lusrmgr.msc, and click/tap on OK.
2. In the left pane, click/tap on the Users folder, then in the middle pane, double click/tap on Administrator.
3. Uncheck the Account is disabled box, click/tap on OK
