How can I kick someone off my wireless network?

I have seen people on my network that I don't recognize and don't see a way to boot them off

You would need to log in to your router.

Most routers offer a way to block a MAC address.

How have you seen them on your network? I'd suggest logging into your router and looking for an option in there. Going to the website 192.168.0.1 usually gets to your router admin.
