My touch advanced settings wont open in the Settings section - Lumia 630, how to solve this problem?

Windows Central Question

I bought Lumia 630 today and noticed that motion data, touch advanced settings and device hub wont open in the settings area. I immediately updated windows and the problem for device hub and motion data is fixed, but I still cant open touch advanced settings. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem, it really bugs me now?
