If I don't have cox cable, but have cable internet and no cable box, either?

I have xbox one and xbox live gold, and a Ubee cable modem for high speed wireless internet, but the tv apps on XB1 keep telling me to sign in with my cable provider, well I have Cox internet but not cable tv. Is there a way to sign into cable provider with my mac addy, and p.w., or split off the incoming internet cable before or after the modem. I also have an analog antenna that gets me like 40 channels, but I want digital, is there a way to do it for free? I have no cable box either, just the modem and wireless Cox high speed internet. Please, do I need a dongle, splitter, what?

You only get services you pay for. It's asking you to sign in because it wants to make sure you're a cable customer. You don't just magically get to watch cable TV without paying for it because you have an Xbox One.
