Is this is a good time to upgrade windows 10 on my lumia 1020 now (india) by windows insider app?

Im using lumia 1020 i have using windows 8.1 i need to upgrade to windows 10 as a common person is that windows insider app used for upgrading but i found more bug and fixes like cortana not works, phone Lags, touch not responds, quite hours not works, Camera crashes to green, Calendar not working, One note crash, Unkown alpha numeric letters for apps, wifi not connecting, above mentioned bugs i found and is this the right time now to upgrade or microsoft still working on it???

Please read that first The build is stable enough for daily use, but the reviews vary from device to device. I haven't seen many complaints regarding this build tho. Another thing to be aware of, it's "PREVIEW SOFTWARE" so anything can happen
