Why can't I install windows mobile latest build 100512???

[Windows Central Question]

After check the update it says downloading update 0%... after 30 min it still says 0%... I have waited almost 2 hours but nothing happened... I was connected to a wifi router... I am on build 100166... I restored my phone but still nothing... Help plz...

just a thought. I went into backup, and did a backup. when I reopened updates it was all downloaded. Might be backup, opened port? Worth a try, Lumia640 XL
