Does the 'Freedom Scientifi F9Reader 2.0 work with Windows 10?

[Windows Central Question]

I' m using this low vision magnification programme as it magnifies x36
higher ... 2x more than internet explorer 7 eg. 100 IE = 200 FS
The toolbars magnify with it. IE doesn't do any especially alerts & messages.
This magnification programme is my only link with world.
I'm partially deaf too & the speech on it has the right low tones I can hear.
I will not change to Windows 10 until I know for sure.
