Why do I hear small buzzing sounds whenever I play audio?

When I updated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, I had no sound. But I fixed this problem by uninstalling and re-installing my Realtek High Definition Audio driver. Now my sound works but I have poor audio quality. For example, whenever I use YouTube or Vimeo and stuff like that, I hear buzzing/static noises coming from the sound whenever I play the audio. I tried everything I can think of: restarting my PC, re-install the audio driver again, finding a driver update, etc. I had no problems with my audio when I had Windows 8/8.1. I have a Toshiba Satellite C855 and my Realtek HD Audio driver is ver 6.0.1.7541.
