It seems there are some using TH1, TH2, etc. for the Cumulative Updates/patches, and others are using it to designate build number changes. As there is no consistency here, it's best to spell it out if you want everyone to understand what you are talking about.

Technically speaking, TH2 is officially a T Helper Cell Type 2, and a proper balance between type 1 and type 2 is critical in prevention of auto-immune disease.

While Microsoft may abbreviate Threshold as TH internally, it's best to speak in public in a way everyone can understand. Only a small percentage of our readers would have understood you, and of those, some would have believed you to be speaking of the second cumulative update which happened recently.
