Why i can't upgrade to W10 Mobile 10512?

Today I was trying to upgrade to build my 10512 Lumia 630, with the build but I 10166 can't! I did a master reset on the device and the problem persists.

The problem is that there is "downloading updates% 0" and does not leave the 0% ... I'm in Fast Ring, what do I do?
