How do you unlink Facebook from Microsoft Live account?

I connected my facebook account to microsoft live a long time ago, not sure how (maybe during the days of wp 7.1, when facebook connect was available for the people app), and this means notifications on my windows live calendar, people hub etc. I really want to unlink facebook from microsoft live completely now, help please!
