application popping up and dissapearing constantly
after installing windows 10, my computer seems to open and close an application, yet I do not know which one due to the fact that it instantly disappears when it appears. Help, this is making it hard to draw without the application messing the process up. I've already restarted and shut down and turned back on the computer as well
