My surface pro 2 is stuck at boot screen, as in, the surface logo comes on the screen, and I don't even get ... Saying it's either installing or loading anything either.
I've tried to boot into the BIOS by holding down the volume rocker, but it just stays at boot screen.
I've tried holding down on the volume down rocker and booting via USB, but it did nothing either, but perhaps the USB was in a non bootable filesystem for the surface pro 2.
Is there anyway I can do a 2-3 button combination to reset the surface pro 2 out of its current bad state, and factory reset it where I can at least boot via USB with a fat32 filesystem or is my SP2 bricked?
