upgrade dialogue says that the download is complete and is now at upgrade available. When I run this is goes through the first part for about 30 seconds and then quits with no message. How can I find out what is wrong if no error message is given?
I am running windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. All A/V is switched off and I have 64Gb of free space.
