Windows Central Question

I messed up! I and I alone decided to download Win10 on our family laptop and my family hates it. We are not the most tech advanced family, we don't have one account for every individual its only the administrator account,. I managed to figured out how to revert back to Win7 but it says that the files have been deleted. I went online to find a solution but we are very confused. Microsoft has a site to download win7 if you have the product key which we do but because our computer came preinstalled with Win7 64 bit home premium by the manufacture Toshiba inc. we have to contact them. But aren't most computers preinstalled with some operating system? Well Toshiba wants to sell us a disk for over $100 i forget the price. Does anyone have a solution to this problem I have to pay the $100 out of my own pocket for not asking permission first.

I'd make a backup of your current windows 10 state, just in case, and try installing from the download.

You'll need to find some drivers for your components, but it shouldn't be hard with google, and if it doesn't work then restore to windows 10 from the backup and then you'd need to buy the disc from Toshiba unless you still have your original recovery disk which should have came with the laptop.
