How can I get the background pic to cover the whole background in WP8.1?

How do you make your background picture in the start screen COVER THE WHOLE background? Right now, my background pic has those ugly tile borders in it. I want my background pic to be in one whole big piece without the tile borders covering it. Thanks.

That's not possible with win 8.1, you can do it on wm10.
BTW try making changes to your start screen + check out Backgrounds thread, they have many great ideas!

I don't know any such apps that allow to fully cover your background start screen with wallpaper in windows phone 8.1, only possible in Windows 10 Mobile technical preview in settings.
