Why does my Windows 10 "Photo App" CLOSE after just a few seconds?

My Windows 10 "Photo App" opens up just fine, and divides all of my pictures by Date. I love it!!! However, in less than 30 seconds, the App CLOSES, forcing me to Re-Open it.

If I go to the actual Folder where the pictures reside, and open from there, the pictures remain as long as I choose.

It is only when I open the pictures from the Photo App that the pictures CLOSE after only a few seconds.

i had the weather app closing instantly when everything else worked perfectly, un plugging a usb tablet resolved the issue and now weather opens and works perfect, so maybe you have something plugged in via usb that affects the photo app, its a long shot and odd but worth a try
