I have audio feed back on My LENOVO B560 since up grading to Windows 10, how can I get rid of it?

I have audio feed back on My LENOVO B560 since up grading to windows 10

I have just op graded my B560 at Lenovo web site. I did not have this problem before windows 10. please help.
