Windows Central Question
I recently upgraded my HP laptop running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit to Windows 10 Home. Unfortunately, due to incompatibility of a proprietary software, I had to revert back to Windows 7.
Hopefully, the proprietary software will be updated soom. However, I am thinking of the hypothetical situation if this software is not updated within the one year free upgrade period. Will I still be able to install and activate Windows 10 in my PC beyond the one year period, since Microsoft has my hardware "signature"?
Any answers appreciated.
