How do I find Cortana? I have just installed Windows 10.

There is no circle to the right of the windows icon in the taskbar.

First you should change your language, region, and speech settings to USA.
Then resign in and you should see Cortana when you tap on search box

I don't know if I'm right, but things still have to set up after update... So just let it sit and properly load up. That's what I did.
