just upgrade 7 proffesional to 10 I think it has installed wont boot past new windows logo

WPCentral Question

I am using a dell latitudeXT2
I cant acess the start up screen as the screen reaches this point and then goes black.
Computer now redered useless.I am not very techy unfortunately
