Bing Maps on Windows vs. Windows Phone

I have had a problem with Bing Maps lately and I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. On multiple occasions I have routed to an address on Bing Maps for Windows (on my tablet) and viewed the route. Then, I've routed to that same address on Bing Maps for Windows Phone (on my L920) only to discover that it shows me a different route, one that adds a lot of time onto my travel (in one instance almost an hour longer). Same starting point, same ending point, same app, different routes.

Any idea what is going on here?

I'm on Windows 8.1, Windows Phone 8.2, and all maps are up to date.
