How to set up multiple screens when the system wont detect extra screen?

I have a DELL Inspiron15, 3000 series and two (2) LCD screens and have tried to set up the multiple screens but only one (1) is detected? They use to both work before updating to OS Windows 10... Help?
They are connected by using a USB and HDMI to DVI connection.
