How do I move an app from the SD memory card to the phone?

All of my apps are on the memory card of my Lumia 435, the default location for downloads as set in Storage Sense. One of them cannot be run from there, it generates a message saying it must be moved to the phone. How do I do that, given the fact that no downloaded apps are listed / displayed? I can see how to stop downloads going to the card, but not how to move them 'after the event'.

Open Storage Sense, choose SD card. Open apps&games, tap and hold on the app you want to transfer. A screen will appear with the option to transfer to the phone memory or uninstall. Choose transfer to phone, your done.
