Cant find Windows 10 upgrade app after factory rest back to Windows 8.1

Hi,

After upgrading to Windows 10 with the app I had to factory reset my laptop which took it back to Windows 8.1 as I was having problems with a program I installed. I have ran all available windows update and it says there is no more available but the Windows 10 app now wont show on the right hand side of the taskbar. My windows 8.1 is showing as activated. I have been stuck on this for the last few days. Any help with it would be great as I would like to get back on to Windows 10

Have you tried using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool? Just go to Bing or Google and search "Windows 10 Media Creation" and you should find it easily enough. Install it and either go straight to the upgrade or download the ISO.

That's what I'd do as well, done it on 2 laptops and 2 tablets and all work great
