Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 still waiting on Windows 10

HI,

I have a Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 Laptop, and I reserved my upgrade in advance before the release of Windows 10 - others who reserved their upgrade after me have already installed Windows 10.

I have no outstanding windows upgrades and my Laptop is compatible - what could be the reason I am still waiting on Windows 10 ?

My Inspiron 15 3543 upgraded July 29, 2015 at 00:01 local time...

Check the Dell site / Support by Product and download their "identify" utility, then check the support pages for your model. I'm sure they will help out.
