Hi, last few weeks I have experienced some issues with opening some apps like Facebook, 6tags, whatsapp,... Sometimes when I try to open those apps it doesn't respond and I have to press the icon several times or wait 30 secs or so. I recorded a video which will explains it better than me

Does anyone else have this problem as me? I tried to reinstall those apps but it didn't help and I am lazy and dont wanna restore my phone as I know back up and restore functions doesn't work well on windows phone.
