After installing Widows 10 the tool bar menu (at the bottom of screen) doesn not work
Hi, I have upgraded to Windows 10 but I have poblems with the bar menu (where are the icons like start up windows, searing, microsoft edge atc). When I click on the icons, the menu does not roll up, it only blinks. Sometimes, for example after 10 clicking on the icon, the men opens and stays on the screen, but when I close it and I want to open it againg, it keeps blinking..... Can you give me any advice what to do? tahnks
