How do I retrive my windows ID NUMBER for my new windows phone?

The old phone no longer works, the new phone is asking me for ID NUMBER, att@t
tried to access a new number for me, but was unsuccessful I need a ID that I can retrieve the saved pictures that I have on Sky Drive... I called several numbers to Microsoft Customer Service, I was transferred four times, with absolutely no help at all.
I was told that Microsoft could give me an ID That I could use with BOTH phones
