How do I remove Windows 10 and get back to Windows 7 home?

how do i remove windows 10 and get back to windows 7 home ?

i'm fairly new to computers and don't know all the lingo, so dumb it down for me please. i want to remove windows 10 and get back to windows 7, how do i do it ?

Go to This PC in File Explorer, select C:\ (the drive with the Windows logo), then check if there's windows.old folder. If there is, then restart WHILE HOLDING Left SHIFT (it's important). Then somehow navigate to the rollback feature (forgot how to do it but). Done.
