Can I run Windows 10 on my pc from a micro sd?

can i run windows 10 on my pc from a micro sd

i have a micro sd card that has 16 gb storage (15.1gb is the maximum room it will let me use) but i want to know if i can put the windows 10 files on the micro sd and run windows through it?

Theoretically, no. But Enterprise (and MAYYYYBE pro) editions have Windows To Go, which puts it on a flash drive.
