I rolled back from windows 10 mobile and did not turn off reset protection. What to do? Where do I get recovery key?
GrayW0lf New member Jun 7, 2012 481 0 0 Aug 29, 2015 #2 As far as I know, there is no "reset key". If you "rolled back" off Windows 10 for Mobile then you are running Windows Phone 8.1 now. This process does wipe the phone and reset it back to defaults, overall. What is it that you're worried about? Upvote 0 Downvote

C CB43FAN New member Jun 17, 2014 4 0 0 Aug 29, 2015 #3 When I rolled back and reset the phone, it won't let me past the "reset protection notification" screen. It asks to disable with a recovery key or if I hit next, it sticks on a setup wizard page. Upvote 0 Downvote
