Can we transfer storage (Go) from a computer to another?

can we transfer storage (Go) from a computer to another?

I have two HP computers (both windows 8.1). One of them has 650Go and the other one has 10Go. Is it possible to transfer "Go" to my other computer from the 650Go one? If it is possible, how can I do that?
