I downloaded Windows 10 to my ASUS Laptop and my wifi will not connect. What should I do?

I downloaded windows 10 to my ASUS Laptop and my wifi will not connect.

The list of available networks are shown (including the one I use), however when I try to connect to my network it says "Can't connect to this network." The same message appears when I use my ethernet cable.

If u have any other computer in ur house then try to download ur latest Ethernet and WiFi drivers on that machine for ur laptop which has the problem and then copy them to ur laptop and then try to install/update these drivers.
This should fix all the problem.
