My lumia 720 lock screen appearing again and again

My lumia 720 is not shutting down and lock screen appearing regularly...I did factory reset but problem still remains

its hardware fault, same with me as I go to Nokia care, now Microsoft service centre and they will change the faulty UI (what they called), actually hardware below lock, volume & camera key. it cost around 1500 Indian rupee. I hope it helps
