Hi since upgrading to Windows 2010 my emails in Outlook 2013 show as sent but do not arrive.

Hi since upgrading to Windows 2010 my emails in Outlook 2013 show as sent but do not arrive. I have checked on my ISP accounts and they don't arrive. I can however forward or reply to an email. Is there a known fix please.

Hi, try press start - type cmd, right click on cmd and run as admin.
at the command prompt type sfc /scannow
The scan takes awhile, make sure outlook is closed while scanning. Once completed reboot and test.
this has fixed the email issues i have had with Windows10 and Office 2013.
