Does WP 8.1 Backup/Restore include IE Saved passwords?

I have W10M Technical Preview, if I were to revert back to 8.1 and use the Restore option (which was created when I had 8.1), will that also restore my saved passwords for various websites I had stored in IE?

I suggest you next time to restore all passwords to the cloud using Enpass or any other similar service
