Why does my Windows 10 upgrade have a black screen at 60?

Windows 10 upgrade black screen at 60%

Hi everyone!
I've been trying to update my windows 8.1 to Windows 10 for at least 10 times now and it always stucks at around 60%
It reboots itself a few times and it always comes back to the circle screen with the % progress but getting aroung 60% it reboots and it gets stuck there... black screen, no cursor, no sound. I've tried to plug it into a secundary screen thru hdmi but nothings happens; also I've uninstalled my antivirus since I've read it might be the problem but it didnt help.

Does anybody has any idea why this might accour?
I've got a Dell Inspiron 7537 Windows 8.1 x64 Intel Core i7, 8gb ram, Intel HD Graphics 2gb + Nvidia Geforce

try a settings refresh or a complete restore to your current windows and try to update after that....i had the same problem vause from bad drivers.. a system refresh worked for me
