The data symbol 'E' is not showing and loading all the sms on restarting the phone. What should I do?

data symbol 'E' not showing and loading all the sms on restarting the phone .

mobile data is on but not showing 'E' symbol neither internet is working , after restart it loads all the sms . again and again .

Don't know about the internet connection. But the loading of all messages must be due to date and time auto updating each time you restart your device.

As far as the reloading the sms over and over again, I think a hard reset might help... (only saying that because you didn't clarify what kind of "restart" you performed)

As for the data symbol, did you check if you have apn settings? If you don't then the symbol won't be present You can either enter the settings yourself or take up contact with your local provider and they should be able to help you with it. If they have a website, then check it, the settings might be posted
