Why can't I see pictures on my Lumia 640 XL?

Cant see my pictures on my lumia 640 xl

hi i have an issue for the las 4 day my pictures have been saying cant get picture try again later ... pictures in my potos albums pictures taken with my pone !!!! even an hour ago or a week or a month ago and the ones that i can see are all distroted or have a gray block on half the picture ....some pictures are fine i dont know why ..please help !!!!

Even i am facing same problem in my lumia 640 XL from15 oct 2015.

Whaterver nex pics i clicks automcaticlly get deleted after 2 to 3 hours.

Even after checking with customer service via call i did soft reset, and followed by phone reset but doesn't effect anything.

I am fadeup with problem.

I am now hating my lovable windows mobile phone.

Please provide solution as ap.
