Installed windows 10 on my laptop and now I can't access my bluetooth devices.

I was having problems with my windows 10 update so I decided to reinstall the OS. Everything went smoothly up until I realized that I couldn't access my bluetooth device. No, seriously, it wasn't even there. I ran Windows updates, I checked online and nobody else seems to have this problem. The update had no trouble in that respect so I know that it isn't a windows 10 thing or even with my laptop. Is there any way to reactivate it?
