i upgrade lumia 520 to win10 but now i can't connect my phone with wifi

while upgrading i connected with wifi so there's no problem with hardware but when i upgrade it and after that try to connect with wifi it say "can't do this at the moment
try again if the problem continues restrart your phone and try again." i also do this but still i have problem connecting with wifi suggest me what to do
