i am not able to save my data in back up.every time it reads96% and say try next time

i have n times tried to upload my data to save stuff to the cloud. every time the data getting uploaded up to 96% and waits for some time and message flashes out data coul not be saved. try after some time. i am using lunia n520

check your data/internet/wi-fi connection....whatever youre using
