Ever since I updated to windows 10 on my dell laptop which originally came with windows 8.1 my Netflix video will constantly freeze but audio will continue ahead of the video. I also have annoying static sounds in the audio. I checked for graphics driver updates and the most current version is installed. All windows updates are currently up to date. Clueless on how to fix this and it is very aggravating as I am now having to watch Netflix on my tiny phone screen until this issue gets fixed. Is there any current ways to fix this or is it still being investigated. I know other people are having this problem as well with all online video streaming.
