Is anyone install Android in Windows Phone?

It's not possible.

Even if someone did somehow manage it, it doesn't really make much sense. It's far easier simply to buy an Android handset, at least you know it'll work properly.

Microsoft is working on conversion tool for Android and iOS apps to be recompiled for windows phone/mobile and then published in windows store only by the developer of that app and not by just any consumers and especially u cannot just install .apk it is only posible in current build because it is still in development.
