Why isn't my phone getting reset?

why my phone is not getting reset?

I was on windows 10 technical preview i wanted to reset my phone i did the same and the phone got switched off and started to reset but after a half an hour phone showed no response the phone again got switched off and again started to reset.This has now happned for 10 to 12 times but no response please suggest me something fast guys i am in urgent need for my phone....

If the phone is running hot, try placing it in a fridge or over an air vent. Are you doing a hard reset or soft reset?
