I have a Lumia 640 LTE. When I open the IE, I get a virus warning pop up. What should I do?

I have a Lumia 640 LTE. Whe I open the IE, I get a virus warning pop up

I have a Lumia 640 LTE. Whe I open the IE, and then try to open any webpage, it takes me to another warning pop up message saying : "Message from Webpage. !Advertencia de virus! Apple+Iphone+4s* ha sido infectado por un virus!,

then it takes me to another page that is supposedly scanning for viruses, I've never clicked the Ok button as a precaution, I tried the factory reset option, but still the same.

Do this:
1) Close all tabs within IE
2) Clear browser history and cookies
3) Go to storage sense and clean all temp files
