Windows 10 update ruined computer?

[Windows Central Question]

I recently pressed the upgrade to windows 10 button and it is saying the download is complete, but when I click to install it does not load. Now my computer is saying that I have no windows installed and I can not access the recycling bin, control panel, or any of my folders which I desperately need to. I believe it is all because the update failed part way through. Someone please help me!!!!
