I have lumia 930 os 8.1 , and dont have Static IP in setting, after Get Update Denim static IP Not active ,and I cant buy app ("static ip" , ... ) for install on my phone,

now I neeeeed static ip ,pleas HELP ME to ACTIVE static ip on my phone..

If you want a static IP to connect to a Wifi, i think Lumia just provided the Dynamic IP.
Sorry to hear that. It also applied to my Lumia 925.

Carriers manage this not the phone. Verizon charges something like $500 for it, for example, calling it a business service.

I switched to AT&T from Verizon to get the Lumia 950, and doing so I set up a business account. The base cost is no different from a consumer account, but there are specialized features and services available to business accounts, including static IP as standard. You may wish to speak w/ AT&T.
