how can i reboot my windows phone with a blank screen

my windows phone screen went blank and i cant access anything. i can't see anything on the screen. how can i reboot it

If you're on Windows 10, try locking and unlocking again. If that doesn't fix anything, hold Volume Down+Power (or just Power for 10, apparently) until the phone vibrates.

press and hold the power button and volume down button for about 10 seconds will do the trick; the phone should vibrate and reboot your phone.
